A recurring theme throughout the coronavirus crisis has been the pressure on the Government to increase testing to see if health workers have coronavirus. It reminds us that there is an urgent need for each one of us to test ourselves against the Word of God (the Bible) to discover whether we are sinners. If we do so, the result will be conclusive: for ALL have sinned, Romans chapter 3 verse 23. Our sin separates us from God; therefore, we need healing!

David, King of Israel, confessed, Lord be merciful to me; heal my soul, for I have sinned before You, Psalm 41 verse 4; however, he also spoke of God as One, Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Psalm 103 verses 3-4.

God sent His only Son to be our Saviour. He is the only One in whom there is no sin; therefore, He was able to die on the cross to take the judgement for our sin and to make us clean.
