What a difference the sunshine makes. Lighter, brighter days; longer days we say but we really mean we have more hours of daylight in every 24 hours.

God in His wisdom when He gave us time, 7 days to each week, He also gave us the seasons. After the judgement of the flood God have His promise Then the Lord said in His heart, “I will never again curse the ground for man’s sake, although the imagination^[of man’s heart is evil from his youth; nor will I again destroy every living thing as I have done. While the earth remains, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease.” Genesis chapter 8 verses 21-22.

The summer season will pass – and some are already speaking about the nights ‘drawing in’! A new season will follow. But God’s promises remains true. Promises by others may be well intentioned but often are not, in fact, cannot be kept. Despite us, God’s word and promises will always be kept.
