We went there, 2 weeks ago, a beautiful scenic walk in Somerset; but we nearly missed it because the directions were wrong. Others were the same too, they had wrong directions. We nearly missed out on a great walk and scenery.

How tragic, though, to miss God’s fair Heaven because of wrong directions. Heaven: a place of joy, peace and eternal blessings, with no temptation, sadness, tears. Thankfully, the Bible is very clear in its instructions because Jesus said ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me’ John’s Gospel chapter 14 verse 6. Only Jesus can claim to be ‘The Way’ because He only paid the price to bring us pardon and forgiveness through faith in Him.

The Lord Jesus did sound a note of warning though ‘Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it’ Matthew’s Gospel chapter 7 verses 13-14.
