What Manner Of Man Is This? (3)

He is altogether lovely, Lord of glory, God of grace!

‘Tis so sweet to feel His presence, And the touch of His embrace.

Chief among the tens of thousands, Beauties, glories, ever shine.

Glowing from His deep perfections, Matchless lover, friend divine!

Love incarnate, love enduring, Such deep woe at Calvary;

Deity enshrined in Manhood, Bearing sin so patiently.

Never was that face more lovely, Crimsoned by the thorn-crowned brow,

Never was the head more glorious, Though in shame and death to bow.

We await the Lord all-glorious, Ere His reign on earth begins,

With deep longing to behold Him, Who redeemed us from our sins.

Then, through endless, blissful ages Grateful lips shall still repeat.

HE IS ALTOGETHER LOVELY, AS WE WORSHIP AT HIS FEET.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

He is Lord, He is Lord, He is risen from the dead, And He is Lord.

Every knee shall bow, Every tongue confess that

JESUS CHRIST IS LORD!
